Step 1: Go to a group and click on the edit button.
Step 2: Click on Administrators.
Step 3: Click on Add Admin and choose any group member.
Step 4: Enable the second last right and you'll be able to see a Transfer Group Ownership button at the end.
Step 5: Click on Transfer Group Ownership.
Step 6: Set a password and a recovery email.
Step 7: Click on Return to settings.
Step 8: Click on Transfer Group Ownership again and press OK. It may take a week to transfer the ownership.
